8 years ago today....

I married the love of my life. August 24, 2002..was the best moment of our life at that time.

Over the past 8 years of marriage our love has grown in so many ways that we didn't know even existed. Our love and relationship have evolved, 'we' as a couple have evolved into who we are now, as parents, as friends, as lovers, as family members, 'we' value SO....MUCH....MORE....than we ever knew was possible.

Marriage is not easy, it can be challenging, rewarding, emotional, fun and again....so, much, more! We are very happy with how we have evolved over the past 8 years and the most valuable testament of our love and the challenges we have been thru, is our 3 beautiful children. Dalton, Dylan and Danielle have brought more to our life than we ever expected. As parents, we love in a different way, we have realized the value of seconds and minutes and not taking one moment for granted as you will blink and that moment may be gone.

We are very blessed to have each other, we compliment each other well we think. In dating for 6 years before we were married, we thought we were...oh so prepared for marriage. Now, we laugh at how 'grown-up' we thought we were and we question how 'prepared' we actually were compared to how we felt. But there is nothing more rewarding than sitting with my husband and talking about our life together, setting goals, making changes, crying together, laughing together and knowing that this person whom I married, whom I share my life with is truly my soul mate.

Life is a roller coaster and I am happy to be along for the ride with my husband, in good times and in bad, in sickness and in health....thank you Brad for 8 wonderful years of marriage! Thank you for being such a wonderful father for our beautiful children and such a hard working man doing what is best for our family. As we continue on this journey together, let God lead our family into a lifetime of love and happiness!~
